Very good dimsum. I was craving lo mai gai and noodles. They have excellent food. The soup dumplings were very good as well. All the food was fresh. Service was excellent and food came out so fast. Will be back here again.
Finally got to try Dum Sum Factory and it was a lovely experience! The food was very good, our favorite was the Sesame Chicken. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and the wait staff was nice and accommodating. They even had a little robot delivering food to a table just before we left. I didn't get a photo though.
I LOVE this place! Always fast seating, the beef brisket noodle soup is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! Their food is really awesome all around. They do put out an assortment of chili oil, dumping sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce!!! Iβve been coming here for over 6 years now and seriously have to limit myself coming here. Enjoy!
I was using yelp to search for the best soup dumplings nearby me Alas, found this one worth checking out! Glad that we did and it was fairly close to us We had to try the pork soup dumplings and the crab and pork dumplings. Super juicy and the wrapper theyβve used is pretty good too! Also ordered the Singaporean rice noodle and their braised beef noodle soup. Both came out good and the food came out fast I would definitely go back for other offerings they have on their menu.

With very low expectations we went there for our dinner. The restaurant is spacious, good lighting and ample seating. We quickly placed order for chicken soup dumplings, shrimp sumai, shrimp fried rice and shrimp stir fry noodles. It arrived quickly and was so good that our 2 year old finished the entire 5 shrimp sumai. We called for 2 more rounds of the same. The food was prepared so well might look bland but trust me it was so flavourful and wholesome. The price is competitive. We were happy and full. Will come again if we are around the area. Recommended!
